What kind of artwork files do you accept for my custom patch quote?
We accept almost any file format! You can upload JPG, PNG, PDF, or vector files (like AI and EPS) directly into the quote form above. Don’t have professional artwork? No problem. As long as you can upload a rough sketch or a photo of an existing patch, our design team will digitize it and send you a realistic mock-up for free.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We work with organizations and brands of all sizes across Los Angeles. We have a low minimum order quantity of just 10 patches per design. Whether you need a small batch for a local club or thousands of patches for a corporate uniform rollout, simply enter your desired quantity in the form to get accurate volume pricing.
How quickly will I get my digital proof and the final patches?
We pride ourselves on speed. Once you submit the form, you will receive your free quote and a digital proof within 1 hour during standard business hours. After you approve the digital proof and place your order, standard production and delivery takes just 10 to 14 days.
Are there any hidden setup fees?
Never. The price we quote is the price you pay. We do not charge setup fees, digitizing fees, or mold fees. Your quote includes your custom patches, up to 9 thread colors, and standard backing. Plus, Pantone color matching and unlimited art tweaks are completely free until you are 100% satisfied with the design.
What patch styles do you offer?
We manufacture all major patch styles. You can use the drop-down menu in our quote form to select classic embroidered patches, high-detail woven patches, durable rubber PVC patches, genuine leather patches, chenille patches, or printed patches. If you aren’t sure which style is best for your design, just let us know in your submission and our experts will recommend the perfect fit.
