Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Los Angeles Patch Co., we specialize in custom manufacturing. Because every patch is made from scratch based on your unique design, our delivery process consists of two stages: Production Time and Shipping Transit Time.

1. Total Delivery Timeline

Your estimated delivery date is calculated as follows:

[Design Approval Date] + [Production Time] + [Shipping Transit Time] = Estimated Delivery.

Note: The clock begins only AFTER you have officially approved your digital design proof.

2. Standard Production Times

Our standard production times vary based on the type of patch ordered:

  • Embroidered & Woven Patches: 10-14 Business Days.
  • PVC (Rubber) Patches: 10-14 Business Days (due to mold creation).
  • Leather & Chenille Patches: 10-14 Business Days.

Large orders (over 500 pieces) may require additional production time. You will be notified of any timeline changes during the quoting process.

3. Shipping Transit Times (After Production)

Once production is complete, we ship via reliable carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 Business Days.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the Continental United States.

4. Rush Order Options

Need patches for an event next week? We offer Rush Services to Los Angeles and nationwide clients.

  • 7-Day Rush: Production is fast-tracked to 5-7 days.
  • The “LA Express” (3-5 Days): Only available for specific patch types (usually embroidered). Please contact us at: [email protected] immediately for availability.
  • Fees: Rush fees typically range from 20% to 50% of the order total depending on the deadline.
  • Chargeback Notice: By purchasing a Rush Service, you acknowledge that delivery dates are estimates. While we have a 99% on-time record, we do not offer refunds for minor carrier delays once the product has left our facility.

5. Local Pickup (Los Angeles Only)

As a local Los Angeles company, we offer local pickup for clients who want to save on shipping time.

  • Location: Available upon request in DTLA/Hollywood
  • Process: Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We will email or text you as soon as your order is finished.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

7. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged)

  • Incorrect Address: Los Angeles Patch Co. is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (Weather, Holidays, or Carrier strikes).

8. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States and Canada. For international inquiries, please email us for a custom shipping quote. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
